Product: Elitebook 840 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I just bought a Elitebook 840 G4 (Refurbished) on Amazon. The product itself was fine, working properly, but I had an issue with the keyboard. When I press the key "[,<]" (next to M on american keyboards) both ALT keys start to press simoultaneously (intermittently) and I have to log out in order to stop this (once I type the key again the problem returns).
I would like to know if the problem is the hardware or if there's any way to solve it with software.
The alternative solution I found out, was to use RandyRants Sharp Keys software to disable both ALT keys.
