Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi , I have a Spectra 360, exactly 1 yr old , at 7 months I experienced the pink screen of death took it to Best Buy and they took care of now 5 months later I open it up screen is black & gray than just black so I take it back to best by the time I get there it won’t even start up for them to do diagnostics. So I called HP and they are going to take care of it but if you can give insight as to what happened I would appreciate it.  Thank you  🙂
