Product: Hp probook 440 g6

Hi, 

My laptop's fan turns on full power when the laptop is shut down or in sleep mode. It runs perfectly the rest of the time but for some reason as soon as you power it down the laptop starts the fan up and is just blowing cold air. The laptop has an active warranty but I can't find out who to contact
