Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP laptop no longer works. All I get is a black screen and nothing I've tried has worked. I've sent several requests regarding this.

This laptop is still under warranty and I have sent receipts and other documentation such AS Carepack and have not received any info on how to return it for repair. The warranty will expire soon and I want to get it fixed before it does.

 

This laptop had this same problem a year ago and was repaired at that time.

 

Can I purchase a Carepack for this laptop since they are saying it is no longer under warranty even though it should be covered by a Carepack since I bought the laptop at Sam's Club June 2918.
