HP Recommended

So past few weeks I am not able to charge my Laptop, as soon as I connect my AC adapter the charging LED blinks 8.5 times. Below are the fixes that I tried, I found on the internet.

1) Updated BIOS

2) Pressed power key+F2 for 20 sec for battery reset.

3) Run battery check in HP support assistant

4) Deleted that 2 drivers from device management and restarted the laptop.

 

Note-

1) This is an intermittent issue, means sometimes charging starts, sometimes, it don't.

2) My laptop is <1.5 years old.
