HP Recommended
Product: 15-f387wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Model 15-f387wm power cord plugged in and light is on. When I push the power button the wifi light comes on then immediately goes out. No other lights come, no sounds if the computer starting. I've tried a new power pack and cord. I've reset by unplugging the power and removing the battery and holding the power button down.
