HP Zbook Studio G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

From one day to the next my HDMI port and both Thunderbolt ports have stopped working. The Thunderbolt ports supply power (an attached drive's light is visible) but nothing is detected. They previously worked. The story i the same for the HDMI cable. The laptop does not recognize that it is connected to an external display. It does not appear in the display settings and the display itself reports No Signal. This also worked the previously and has worked since I purchased the laptop. I have carried out the standard problem-solving procedures such as disconnecting everything, turning off and unplugging both laptop and display. All drivers are, according to the HP Support Assistant up to date.

Any help, greatly appreciated.
