Product: Example: envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there, I would like to ask about my laptop's battery. It is an HP envy x360. it has a built in battery. The problem is that I once tried to use a different charger rather than an HP  charger and from then the laptop stops charging at 87 or maximum 92%. I found advices to remove and clean the battery however I can't do so. So if you can advice what to do or where to go.
