Probook 640 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I've been using a HP Probook 640 G1 from the  past two years. Recently, my laptop's battery became unresponsive so I had to change it. The problem is, since I've replaced my battery with a new one, my laptop's keyboard has started to miss keystrokes while I type and this problem only occurs when using laptop on battery but on the other hand, If i use my laptop with charger connected, the laptop works perfectly fine. I've tried deleting, reinstalling, updating my keyboard drivers I even replaced my battery with another new unit but the problem still persists, and this problem not just only persists while my laptop is booted but the problem also lies when I'm in BIOS or anywhere when I'm using my laptop on battery power.
