OMEN 15 EN0002AX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My OMEN 15 en0002ax has been facing issues with constant BSODs and black screens when plugged in and used for a while now.. these issues did not happen on battery but only took place when plugged in.
Initially, I thought it was the drivers at fault however I had tried all possible driver combinations from ones provided by HP as well as the Nvidia/AMD drivers. I ran tests on the laptop under UEFI while plugged in and it passed all of those tests so I assumed the problem might be with the Windows OS.. I did not have the time to reinstall the OS so I put it off (and now my warranty has expired like around 5 days back)
After, I got around to reinstalling the OS using the HP Recovery Tool, the constant BSODs when plugged in stopped, however, I still occasionally face audio stuttering followed by the laptop screen freezing and a second later turning black (with the backlight still on). I am on the latest HP drivers as provided by the HP Support Assistant and also on the latest Windows 10 version. The UEFI extensive test still passes without any problems yet I still face the black screen problem at random moments while plugged in (again, it does not take place on battery).
Any suggestions would be massively appreciated, I have tried everything that I can think of from reinstalling drivers to clean installing windows. At this point I would've been convinced it's a hardware problem if the laptop did not pass the UEFI tests and also the fact that I have stress tested the CPU/GPU and the RAM all of it seems to pass all tests that I throw at it.

Event viewer also does not show any errors except the DistributedCOM warning (Event ID 10016)

Edit 13th August 2021: Ran an extensive test entire night last night on loop till error, 5 iterations crossed yet no errors despite that today while I was downloading something plugged in and was AFK my laptop apparently crashed thrice (checked using whocrashed)
