Hello, as I can see in the topic "Specter x360 2020 Thermal Profiles does not work in the tablet mod ...", the question was not read and answered in a qualified manner. @Praveen196(HP Support Agent) please do not answer if you have no idea or go and ask someone (technician ...) first before you answer wrong, thank you. So I'll try it in a different way, that the profiles don't work in tablet mode is a fact by the way! My question is why is it so and do you plan to correct it in the HP Command Center App or BIOS? Before you answer the question, read it carefully, think it over, and only then answer it. “I don't know” is also a valid answer :- )
