HP Notebook 15-ac151sa (Energy Star)

When I startup my laptop, I get a black error message screen showing the following :

Product Information not valid

The Following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid.

System Board (00A) - System Board CT Number

ENTER - Continue Startup

For more information, please visit: www.hp.com/go/techcentre/startup

I have tried pressing Esc and F1 on startup, and also F10 to enter the BIOS settings menu - the CT number shows up on both screens and is the same.

My laptop is also not charging properly and runs at a much slower speed when plugged into the charger. (It does not display the error message when started up without the charger, but doesn't hold power for long).

My laptop is a HP Notebook HP Notebook 15-ac151sa (Energy Star)

Thanks
