Product: HP EliteBook 840 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to get hold technical information about this HP laptop that I just bought used from online store that did not come with any documentation from the reseller. I searched through HP Support but I came out empty handed even after spending time even with Chat/Technical Assistant.  I thought by providing the product number as well as serial number, I should be able to get those information I am looking for. Most importantly for upgrading, I need to know how much memory I can install and what kind and/or type that will work with it, as well as the kind of hard drive(s) I can replace what it has on it now. If anyone can assist me to let me know where I can get hold of this information, I will certainly appreciate it. Thank you for your assistance.
