Hi,

 

This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel. this error coming whenever i am trying to install the new driver amd catalyst video control manager , if anyone knows how to resolve this issue please help me out with issue,

 

Currenly i have upgraded os windows 7 to windows 8.1 , i am not able to change resolution , it asks install the latest driver.
