Hi,

After windows 10 updates and HP Support Assistance prefer updating, my touchpad and buttons don't work. 

 

I removed and upload Synaptics Mouse Driver software again, but nothing.

I tried to update device from Computer-Device Manager menu, but nothing.

I removed device from Computer-Device Manager menu, then upload it again, but nothing.

I  removed Synaptics Mouse Driver from Control Panel, then upload manually, but nothing.

 

Please explain to me how I can fix this problem. I've been working with this for 6 months and it doesn't work.
