Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear 

 

I have been using my sony mobile phone everyday and was used to connect my usb-c cable to transfer pictures and video to my computer. 

I have the standard USB type-c cable with one end stand USB socket (3.0) and the other end USB type-c where I have not problem. 

I have also a USB type-c cable on both end. I was used to connect my phone to my computer but now when ı connect it it is just charging the phone I have no access to the MTP menu (on the phone). 

This can be a problem on my phone Android 10 Sony Xperia XZ2 or on my laptop as well. This happened in August 2021.

I do not how to solve this issue which is annoying me in my work.
