HP Probook 450 G1
Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I am from india.I looking for upgrading the ram for the laptop.Presently I am using 4 gb ram.I am looking to upgrade to 8 gb or considering gor 16 gb of ram.I scanned my stem in crucial website. It showed that maximum my laptop can support is 16 gb of ram.And I would like to take full advantage of dual channel of ram.So I would like to buy 2x 4gb or 2x 8gb.

So now my question is does my laptop really support 16 gb of ram or is it better to go with 8gb.I have difficulty in finding what latency , speed , frequency and density of ram which will support my laptop?how to identify that whether my laptop supports high or low density. Is it okay if I install two high density or two density does it support and get good performance.I want to get  good performance.I have hard disk of 750 gb storage.do I also need to upgrade if i install 16 gb ram

As of now I am using 4gb ram in single and second slot is empty. When I have done cpu z and speccy. They are not showing any information on SPD have look at these and cpu z i tested with both slot 1 and 2 no use no spd module got highlighted.I am unable cpu z apologies.
