Dear Support , 

today i just revived my New SSD from Samsung

 

Model: 970 EVO Plus NVMe M.2

i inset the SSD on M.2 Slot , i try to check bios i can't see my SSD recognized my my laptop 

note: when i try to check SSD with my hand i found it's have temperature mean the slot is working 

 

please your urgently support
