Hello!
Some time ago I purchased a second-hand workstation HP ZBOOK 15 G1.
I had problems with the motherboard and I decided to replace it with the same version, but from the ZBOOK 15 G2.
I moved all the components and installed a new m2 SSD.
The wireless card is a msata slot and the new motherboard is a m2 slot for wifi adapter.
I decided to switch from 7260 to 9260 wireless card.
So far I have not changed the antennas.
But maybe I should do it because the frequencies of the second card are different?
I just cut off both ends of the antennas and changed the connectors with newer ones in line with the new map.
The problem is that the adapter is recognized and turned on and running for two to three minutes, connects, but then turns off.
Shown as turned on but does not show any networks and links.
I temporarily use a USB adapter.
I've reinstalled all the drivers several times and tried lots of options, but in addition to turning on a few times, sometimes, after restart, another one does not happen.
