Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13-ay0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Issue: Every time I watch a movie - Netflix, Disney+.. - the sound decreases automatically after some time (30 seconds or so) and increases again, allthough the volume remains at 100%.  It constantly fluctuates. 

 

Useful information:

1) My drivers are up to date (i use every time HP Support Assistant).

2) On this link Solved: Volume decreases ,and increases automatically - HP Support Community - 6169029 there is already an explanation to solve this kind of issue, but I suppose that the drivers from the links on the explanation are not compatible for my own laptop model, since it it is a older question of 2017.
