Hello 

I have a brand new laptop HP PROBOOK, I have been using for less than a week without moving it from the desk yet, and suddenly the camera stopped working. I tried everything I could from simple to restart of the laptop, to reinstalling driver, installed the HP hardware diagnostic app, etc. The camera is still not working.

It is all black but I can see a blurred light, especially if I put a light in front of the camera.

I have been looking for a phone number for assistance from HP but this is impossible to find

Can anyone help me?
