HP Recommended
Product: ENVY x360 Convertibile 15-bq1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Everytime i make a call using the Skype app it connects, works for 10 seconds then crashed the computer. No error code, just a loud noise, white screen. I have to power button reset the computer.

 

I have replaced the computer thinking it was a hardware issue but yet it still exists.

 

Please help
