Hello!

My CPU gets very high temperature, up to 99°C and then it is thermal throttling.

I have just sent it to computer shop to change the thermal paste. The results are a little better but still I can't fully utilize my CPU.

I have run a Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool and everything is PASS.

Because of high temperatures I can't get higher Core Frequency.

Is this normal temperature behaviour for this laptop?

Could be the problem in the heatsink?

How could I get lower temperatures and more core frequency?
