HP Recommended

id like to upgrade my panel to fhd from hd.so i started looking for some info on internet and guys told me to check if my motherboard supports something with 2 channels .i can see this only in datasheet of the motherboard.where i can find this? everything i found is the maintenance http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03939658 and my panel on panelook.com https://www.panelook.com/LP156WH4-TLQ2__15.6__overview_19179.html .and i need some advices about this whole thing
