Product: HP E24 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey, about 3 months ago I connected a HP E24 G4 docking screen to my EliteBook x360 1040 G6 and everything was detected fine. Windows Hello was working fine with the iR camera in the screen as well as the iR camera in the Elitebook.

For about 2 weeks now, the iR camera in the screen will not work anymore, the camera in the Elitebook still does. According to device manager, both cameras are installed and working.

Any ideas on what else I can try?
