Product: Omen 15-ek0015tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't use the dynamic effects for my backlit on my keyboard using omen light studio. For first two weeksit was working properly but i dont know why but after sometime my backlit stopped reponding to light studio and now I can only use the OCC to change the static colours.

 

 -   Sometimes when i open the Light studio I dont see my notebook in the zone selection.

 -   Sometime I can see the notebook and can select the keyboard but that dont cause any effect on the backlit.

 -   I also tried opening light studio via OmenCC Lighting option (Open light studio) but light studio cant change the backlit.

 

pls do something
