I was watching a video on the netflix website when my laptop screen suddenly went black. I switched it off from the power button and switched it back on. I managed to log back in but it switched itself off and it would not turn on. I tried holding the power button for 30 seconds and it still would not turn on. I have also experienced issues where green lines would suddenly appear or a purplish block runs down the screen and it just turns black. sometimes the display flickers and the screen will go black. it could be a graphics card issue but I can't be sure. what do I do?
