system model; hP laPtoP 15-bs0xx

 

shift key when PRessed it takes P and ? . when P is PRessed , lower case not tyPing 

 

i have installed hP software uPdate recently and i faced issue where scroll bar goes to last every time i oPen some PAge .i scrolls to bottom of the PAge . i did virus and malware checks but i didnt find any malware or virus in my system. after P is Pressed the next letter also comes in caPS automatically.
