Product: Elitebook x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there. The speakers just stopped working on my elitebook. I can get audio from headphones. Now here's the strange thing - when I need to watch a youtube clip using the  speakers i get an error message. When i use the headphones the clip plays fine. I am having to use the laptop for home schooling my six year old using teams so who knows what happened when my back was turned. Please help as I need the laptop for work also!!!
