Hi, I am getting the error for my black instant ink cartridge: Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed.
I have tried the steps suggested by the chatbot: turn it off and on, reseat the cartridge, clean the contacts. But still not working.
This is a Black cartridge that has been installed for a few months and there have been no changes, it suddenly stopped working. This problem happened to me in June 2019 and the resolution was for me to DM someone with my details.
Please reply so I know who to DM and and what details are needed. Alternatively see the DM I sent TEJ1602
on 06-09-2019 as the details have not changed.
