HP Prime G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a second-hand G2, described as functional, but with touch-screen failure following firmware upgrade.

I have my suspicions about the calculator, but it is in excellent condition and does not seem to have been tampered with - the case seems unopened.

It is a G2 as evidenced by the "G2" mark on the case back, and has the darker colour keyset (compared to my original Prime).

After a factory reset, followed by a firmware update from the Connectivity Kit (and battery removal) the unit has fully reset to factory, as evidenced by the initial "Swipe to setup" screen after power-on.

However, even this sequence has failed to restore the touch screen - and I am now wedged at the setup screen and unable to proceed further.

Anyone have any suggestions?
