HP Recommended
Product: HP DesignJet 800 42" wide
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get this message when I try to print something.  I'll also get a message  The system could not find the environment option that was entered.  I can ping it.  Works fine.  Won't show up on the Windows 10 network window.  Does show up under a  small app called Wireless Network Watcher.  Will print a paper showing the settings.  Will get into the settings when typing the IP address in a browser window.  Any suggestions?  Thank you.
