Product: CP5225n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

For some reason the above printer refuses to print the A3 paper stored in tray 2. The A4 paper is stored in the manual feed chute and it persists in printing half of the page on the A4 paper. I have checked all the print settings even setting it to print from Tray 2 and it continues to print from the A4 manual feed chute.

 

HOWEVER, if I put the A3 paper in the chute it prints OK, whereas previously this wouldn't be necessary. Is there a problem I don't know about? Updated driver issue? A setting that needs to be changed on the printer?
