HP Recommended
Product: HP LaserJet Pro 400 Printer M401 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I can see and intereact with my printer on my home network from the Browser, but the printer can't be found when I try to install software to it.

 

Trying to install LJ-M401-full-solution-15188.

 

Doesn't matter if I select auto, put in the IP address, or hardware address.  Same problem.

 

But, I can interact with it through the browser, and I can ping it.

 

What do I do?
