HP Recommended
Product: Office Jet Pro 8020
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I bought this printer several months ago, set it up, it worked great for about 2 months.  Then, several weeks ago, it quit working.  every time i try to print from my computer wirelessly, it gives the message "starting the job", followed about 30 seconds later by "printer is not responding".  I have tried unplugging and re-plugging, turning the wireless router on and off, re-starting the printer, re-starting the computer.  nothing.  please help.  the product is now worthless to me. .
