HP Recommended

I can't get the P1102w  to connect to my wifes new Chromebook (CB)  BUT It works fine on my own Chromebook !!

I cant recall how i connected the P1102w to my own Chromebook but I am running HPPFC as an extension.

Im suspecting the HPPFC version Ive downloaded for the wifes CB , its v.1.0.1 whereas on my own CB its 18.3.7 !!

Is there a problem on the HP support site and  has it lost the correct  version  of HPPFC ??????

One additional query , do i need to sign into an HP account to use HPPFC ? The first thing it asks you to do is login or create  an account but I think that is only needed for additional print anywhere functions ?

Thanks
