Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone.

After power on, the control pannel lights up, after 10 seconds the side icons with the arrows, home, cancel etc. turns on for a few seconds. After that, the progress bar appear and stops at 1% for some minutes, than 08:11 error is displayed.

during that time no meccanical movement from the plotter. On the formatter only the first led is solid on, the second and third are off. The led condition never change since the power on action to the 08:11 error.

I have tried unplug all the control panel connectors from the interconnect PCA, reseat the formatter and obviously unplug the power cord. Nothing changed.

From the tecnical manual: to troubleshoot 08:11 I need to replace the control panel. But, interpreting the LED condition I must replace the formatter.

Any advice to troubleshoot further?

Thanks in advance
