Designjet Z6 printing and rotating problems

User is having printing issue.   Can you help out and answer the 6 Questions at the end.

Issues to date with Z6dr plotter.

CAD using Windows driver - HPGL driver: Roll 2
Print driver states Printer Information not available in Currently loaded paper. Printer does not seem to be communicating with print queue.

Prints that are 48W x 36L are holding rather than auto rotating to print on the 36" paper
Prints that are 36W x 48L print on the 36" paper but are cutting at 44"

CAD using Windows driver - Postscript Driver: Roll 2
Prints that are 48W x 36L print on 36" paper correctly at 48" long (rotated)
Prints that are 36W x 48L print on 36" paper correctly at 48" long

CAD using CAD HPGL2 driver to ROll 1:
24 x 36 printed ok but shifted slightly on 30 inch paper trimmed to size
18 x 24 printed perfect both on 30 inch paper trimmed to size

PDF out of Windows - HPGL driver Roll 2
Prints that are 48W x 36L are printing but shifting on the paper to one corner.
Prints that are 36"L x 48W are printing but shifting on the paper to one corner.

PDF out of Windows - Postscript driver Roll 2

Prints that are 48W x 36L print on 36" paper correctly at 48" long (rotated)
Prints that are 36W x 48L print on 36" paper correctly at 48" long

Questions:
1. Why does AutoRotate not appear to work with HPGL driver?
2. Why does print cut short at exactly 44" with HPGL driver out of CAD or PDF from windows.
3. What is the length limit on the printer?
4. Why is print queue not communicating with printer to know what size rolls are available?
5. Print jobs out of cad or pdf in windows or HPGL2 drivers show Job as hidden rather than displaying the plot name from my laptop
6. Print job (pdf) from windows by (Sender) showed filename when printed.

We had similar but different issues with the HP 5100 Pagewide.
