Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

We are wanting to move our mobile technician group to tablet computers.  We have the local HP wireless printers working with the Android  tablet on the wireless phone hotspot, but when the tech logs into his Azure Cloud "computer" running in a Workspace session the printer is not showing up in the printer list.  The printer is connected to the tablet with the HP Smart app. 

How can I get the printer to pass through the Citrix session so the Cloud computer can see it?
