Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer has irregular failures with the code B83811B0. The printer is a '‘HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer series’'. I cannot find any error code help on this. Searching Bing, Google and HP returns nothing or a few Ads. The lack of results is quite worrying as this seems to be either a new or rare error.

 

We have been having issues with remote printing where the printer stops functioning and resetting sorts the problem.

 

The firmware is up to date no the printer according to the printer and the diagnostics utility. 

 

The printer is using the instant ink service for the cartridges. This should not impact the printer, I think?
