HP Recommended
Product: Photosmart 7900
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

HP Photosmart 7900 printer prints documents in blue rather than black.  However, when tests are run the printing is a beautiful clean black.  I have installed a new HP 56 cartridge and the results are the same.  This is the first time that this phenomenon occurred.  Can I get some help here?
