Product: HP DESIGNJET T920
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP DSJ T920 WRONG COLORHP DSJ T920 WRONG COLOR

 

As you can see in the image CYan=Yellow, Yellow=Cyan.

We take time to trace the problem..
And we found out that we think HP has a production error in ink tube, since ink tube is replaced.
We spent 2 ink tubes to trace the problem.
The ink tube connections on the carriage side is the problem.

The Cyan and Yellow twisted/interchange or installed in wrong position.

The ink tube is original, we bought it to HP authorized distributor, 

Everything are original from box to content.

It is only the first time I encountered this kind of error. 

I repair HP plotters for 18 years.
