Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I saw that there was a previous topic on the exact same issue. My F2180 printer check in cartridge light keeps flashing. I have tried the previous suggestions of resetting the printer, cleaning the contacts on both the cartridge and the printer and buying a new ink cartridge.

 

I initially bought an aftermarket ink cartridge and it printed two pages then started flashing. I then went out and bought a genuine HP cartridge, but the light still flashes.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
