Product: HP Latex 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello fellow Pro printers

 

So for the last few days on the latex 360 every job I put through the printer is printing as Side A for DS printing even though it is switched off on both printer and RIP.
Restarted both RIP and printer as well as updated to the latest firmware to no avail.

Its a really random issue ?

I can watch it change from off to side a on the substrate page as it starts to print ??

 

Running Onyx Productionhouse v. 11.1.2 RIP

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated !
