Product: HP LaserJet M750dn

My HP LaserJet m750dn keeps jamming everytime I try to print. The error code is "13.B2.D3". I've removed the paper from the right door and replaced tray 2 & 3 rollers to make sure it wasn't that issue. Once I remove the paper and let the printer reprint, the jam happens again. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks!
