Howdy Y'all,

 

Our HP Color Laserjet MFP M477fnw started having pint quality issues. The Printer only prints colors in the center of the page with wide washed out bands along the edges of the paper.

 

I have...

Updated the firmware.

Ran a cleaning page through.

performed a color calibration.

 

The diagnostic page looks perfect. So this issue has me baffled. I'm wondering if a squirrel got in the printer and pooped on the transfer belt.

 

Do you have any suggestions for how I might fix the issue?
