Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi I need  help its URGENT PLZ!!! is there anyone else who can help me out its been a week or two someone from HP name Betty supposed to get in touch with me, but didn't reply back afterward only ask me to click "Solution Accepted" so I did without solving my problem with my printer ( HP Officejet pro 8720 It was purchased in  malaysia, and I have relocated in Greece. so I am looking for a REGOINALIZE RESET CODE so that I may use HP953 ink instead of 954 ink.) The detail down below with the new set of ink 953Ink already inserted with the values...Thanks!!!
