HP Recommended
Product: LaserJet Pro M426
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

OS = Widows 10 64B

HP = LaserJet Pro 426

Computer = Dell Vostro 8 RAM

 

Download and try installing latest software drivers, at connection time, USB does not detect the connection, if trying network installation, cannot ping the IP, can not find the MAC address or device name. Windows can ping the IP, but the HP installer does not.
