HP Scanjet Flow N9120 FN2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I encountered an error as per the screen shot below when I am scanning a document using the flatbed of the scanner. the said document can't be put in the document feeder as the document itself has an object attached to it and it is not recommended as per the scanner's instructions.

Here are the troubleshooting steps that I have performed thus far:

1. close down the HP Scan application and re-run the application to perform the scanning - error still occur

2. set the document size to "auto-detect" - the document is scanned but the end result of the scanned document is not acceptable as it only captured a portion of the document. (the document size is A4)

3. set the document size to "A4" - the document sometimes can capture but most of the time encounter the error as per the screenshot.

4. uninstall the HP Scan Extender and reinstall it again, but the error still remain.

Is there an update patch/version for the HP Scan Extender to download?

Please do let me know if you required additional information.

Thank you
