Any time I send a job that I want reduced 50% (or any percentage for that matter),  it takes almost twice as long, or longer, to print.  I'm assuming it's because it's having to process shrinking the image down.  Although, my old Oce never had to do that, and it was pretty old-school.  I can understand the machine maybe having to "think" about reducing each page for the first set, but once that first set is out, shouldn't it start really cranking 'em out fast?  Are there any workarounds for this, other than reducing them in Acrobat first (which also takes forever)?
